In a few words, we take businesses to the cloud and backWe have over 1000 highly talented and supportive colleagues (and counting) across a number of regional offices in the UK, Ireland, Benelux, South Africa & Malaysia.The roleWe are growing our Inside sales & Sales support team and we're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join us. In this role you will have direct sales responsibilities, develop our strategic pipeline, and be responsible for the leadership and development of the team. We are a connected team so you will collaborate cross functionally with all of our delivery and support teams to help us grow. Ekco is a fast-paced hands on place to work so we are looking for someone who loves to roll their sleeves up and get involved.Day to day at Ekco:You will be managing a personal portfolio of customers to achieve quarterly GP targets in product, MRR (Cloud subscriptions & Managed Services) and Professional Services. You will do this by building and maintaining great relationships with our customers and matching their needs to our service catalogue.You will also leverage your market and vendor knowledge to contribute to and support the overall Ekco GTM and Sales strategies. This strategic knowledge will support the development of cross sell solutions and opportunities and maximise contract value on annual renewals from our existing customer base.As the leader of a team, you will coach and develop junior sales execs, providing mentorship and training to support them in achieving their potential, managing their customer relationships, hitting their targets, and growing revenue.
