About the Role
Our organization requires a professional to implement field-based quality control systems ensuring all new client needs assessments are completed and up-to-date.
The successful candidate will conduct individual needs assessments for new and potential clients, perform risk assessments as part of the needs assessment process, and update these as necessary.
Key responsibilities include introducing service users to our services, outlining provision, and completing quality monitoring with users and staff.
Liaising with family members and professionals to acquire relevant information and assist with quality monitoring.
Reporting changes in client care needs to coordinators promptly, supervising field-based workers, and ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation held in client homes.
