Purpose of the Role
Reddot Food is seeking a Production and Fulfilment Executive with hands on warehousing experience. This is a multi role position covering production support, warehouse operations, inventory control and deliveries. The role is critical to daily operations and requires flexibility, reliability and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
* Production and Milling Support
Oversee and support the milling schedule in coordination with the production team
Ensure raw materials are available as per production plan
Maintain basic production records and batch movement tracking
* Warehouse and Inventory Management
Manage intake of raw materials and packaging supplies
Maintain accurate inventory records in line with company systems
Organise warehouse storage for efficiency, hygiene and safety
Prepare finished goods for dispatch to retail and distribution partners
* Order Fulfilment and Dispatch
Pick, pack and prepare customer and retail orders
Handle outbound deliveries to retail stores, collection points and Amazon SNN
Coordinate with courier partners for outstation deliveries
Liaise with local delivery partners for within city and regional deliveries
* Delivery Responsibilities
Carry out deliveries using company vehicle as required
Occasional direct customer deliveries
Ensure timely, safe and accurate delivery of goods
Maintain basic delivery logs and vehicle cleanliness
* Coordination and Communication
Work closely with production, sales and operations teams
Act as point of contact for couriers and delivery partners
Flag stock shortages, delays or operational issues promptly
* Future Scope
As volumes increase, delivery will transition into a dedicated full time driver role. Until then, this position will remain a combined production, fulfilment and delivery role.
Qualifications and Experience

Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
Previous experience in warehousing, fulfilment, logistics or production support roles
Hands on experience with inventory handling, stock movement and basic record keeping
Full clean driving licence valid in Ireland with confidence in regular driving for work
Experience handling deliveries to retail locations and collection points
Ability to carry out manual handling and physical tasks safely
Basic computer skills for inventory, delivery logs and internal systems
* Preferred Experience
Experience in food production, food warehousing or FMCG environments
Experience working with courier partners and local delivery providers
Familiarity with small batch production or small warehouse operations
