We are looking for Business Development Managers for the FM industry in Ireland

What will you do?
* Hunt down new business opportunities across public and private sectors like a caffeinated bloodhound
* Charm the socks off clients (figuratively... usually)
* Build relationships so strong they should be reinforced with steel
* Develop strategies, compelling pitches, and proposals that make our clients exalt (We are not just another FM provider)
* Work with Operations teams to make the impossible a reality
If you are:
* Part detective, part therapist, part spreadsheet warrior
* You've got experience in B2B business development - ideally within Facilities Management hard and soft services, energy management or related industries
* You understand the power of good service and even better relationships
* You're strategic, self-motivated, and a natural communicator
* You're as comfortable at a boardroom table as you are on a site tour
* You see potential in people, places, and possibilities
* Fluent in PowerPoint, persuasion, and comprehensive follow-ups
* Obsessed with KPIs and Dashboards and still cool at conferences
* Able to sell ice to penguins, then offer maintenance on the ice
