Chef de Partie Job Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our hotel kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of chef experience and be proficient in professional cookery.
* Working on various sections of the kitchen, ensuring food quality and timely production for customers;
* Helping with stock management;
* Assisting the head chef and sous chefs during service;
* Maintaining kitchen health and hygiene procedures;
* Cooking food to order.
This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hours per week. The job location is in Wexford.
