Location: DublinContract: Full time, Specific PurposeFocus Ireland's digital brand department plays a critical part in the organisation's communication strategy - providing vital information easily to people who need support, supporting fundraising activities, and the organisation's advocacy work. This role will be directly involved in overseeing and operating our organic social media output, support paid advertising, support website functions and optimisation.What You Will DoWork with key stakeholders to meet organic social media output targets across planned content calendars.Measure and report on the performance of both organic and paid digital marketing campaigns, including ROI and agreed KPIs.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaign objectives.Support campaign strategy development with relevant stakeholder cohorts.Assist the Digital Marketing Officer in executing paid campaign strategies across social, display, and search marketing channels.Work with the Webmaster to support WordPress content optimisation, including planning and research.Use strong analytical skills to evaluate donor and user journeys across multiple channels and touchpoints.Plan, execute, and measure testing models such as A/B testing and conversion optimisation.Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing pages and optimise user experience (UX).Continuously monitor and optimise user funnels to improve engagement and conversion.Work with third‑party agencies, partners, and suppliers, generating insights to optimise spend and campaign performance.Evaluate emerging technologies, identify relevant digital trends, provide best‑practice guidance, participate in learning programmes, adhere to health and safety requirements, and undertake additional duties as assigned by the Line Manager.What You Will Need1 year proven experience as intern or executive in an agency or client social first environmentExperience in current content creation tactics and techniques, in particular video social-first organic contentExperience in building paid and organic digital media strategy, developing, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaignsComfortable collaborating with stakeholdersGood knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other paid social media channels a distinct advantageFamiliar with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)Understanding of URL optimisation, user funnels, persona building, content mapping and UX journeysUnderstanding of A/B testing and multivariate modellingWorking knowledge of Wordpress an advantageStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingData driven mindset with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate user actionUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsA keen interest in the NFP landscapeFocus Ireland is an equal opportunities employer#FI3
