Sanderson are partnering with a Legal firm to recruit for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a well-established legal firm in Wicklow.
This is a fully onsite role, offering the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated legal team.
Key Responsibilities Providing comprehensive secretarial support to solicitors across multiple legal disciplines.
Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.
Managing client files, both physical and electronic, with accuracy and confidentiality.
Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner.
Diary management, scheduling appointments, and handling telephone queries.
Assisting with the preparation of legal forms and documentation for conveyancing and probate matters.
Requirements: At least 3 years' experience working as a legal secretary.
Strong knowledge of legal procedures in Wills, Probate, Conveyancing, and Litigation.
Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professional and courteous communication skills.
