We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QSR Manager to join our new store opening in Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the GDK customer experience and driving the success of our new store. With a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and quality, you will be the cornerstone of our operations, with the opportunity to grow into a regional/multi-store management position.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service.
* Manage and lead the team, ensuring staff development, training, and motivation.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards.
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist with stock management, ordering, and cost control.
* Contribute to the achievement of store targets including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 2-3 years of experience in fast food or QSR management.
* Leadership: Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
* Operational Excellence: Ability to maintain high operational standards under pressure.
* Adaptability: Willingness to take on additional responsibilities, with potential to grow into a multi-store management role.
* Flexibility: Ability to work 6 days per week with a commitment to flexibility in scheduling.
