About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to lead a production team and drive business excellence.
1. Lead a high-performing production team, ensuring quality standards and targets/KPIs for quality/service/costs/people development are achieved.
2. Communicate and deploy quality standards and expectations effectively across the team.
Maintain inventory levels while prioritizing production to meet customer requirements. Manage output levels by providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure all employees have what they need to excel.
