Automatics & Access Control Division Sales Professional
As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success for our client. Your goal will be to target ambitious annual sales figures in your first year.

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets across the automatics and access control division.
* Identify and target key market sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceutical, commercial, education, and government.
* Nurture relationships with architects, specifiers, M&E consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
* Apply commercial acumen to provide effective solutions tailored to customers' needs.
* Enhance product knowledge to align with our value proposition: Masters of Detail, Endlessly Reliable, Trusted Partners.
* Stay informed on competitors' offerings to position our client's competitive advantages.
* Follow up on all estimated leads and CIS platform opportunities.
* Conduct weekly appointments and proactive business development across Leinster.
* Review relevant estimates and collaborate with the BDM to ensure consistency and profitability.
* Work closely with the BDM to capitalise on all specification and sales opportunities.
* Maintain and grow your own portfolio of accounts and relationships.
* Cross-sell the full range of products and services within the company's portfolio.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to uncover and act on all sales opportunities.
* Build strong working relationships with the Contracts Manager to ensure a seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' field-based sales experience, ideally within the automatics, access control, or related sectors.
* Existing relationships with contractors and architects, with a proven ability to leverage these networks to drive sales.
* Demonstrable track record of achieving ambitious sales targets in a competitive environment.
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven approach.
* Full, clean driving licence required.
