Overview
Susquehanna is seeking a HR Technical Business Analyst & Project Manager to join our HR Tech & Shared Services team in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves acting as a liaison between various corporate lines of business and managing all technical aspects of HR systems and related projects. You will collaborate with teams such as Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Marketing across Ireland and the US, gaining exposure to proprietary and third-party applications throughout the software development lifecycle. Responsibilities include business analysis, vendor evaluation, application testing, integration, and report analysis.
In this role, you will:
* Lead business process improvements and conduct in-depth analysis within HR areas, collaborating closely with our US-based HR Tech & Shared Services team.
* Manage project initiatives, plans, timelines, and roadmaps within assigned systems.
* Gather requirements from stakeholders using interviews, design sessions, surveys, and create functional specifications.
* Work with business stakeholders and project teams to translate requirements into solutions, acting as a liaison between business and technology teams.
* Evaluate and implement third-party solutions.
* Define and manage data interfaces with vendors and internal systems.
* Own primary HR applications for customizations, configurations, upgrades, and user support.
* Analyze, cleanse, and manage data to ensure integrity.
* Administer system security, upgrades, and patches.
* Support troubleshooting and develop project documentation.
What we're looking for:
* 5+ years of experience as a technical business or systems analyst.
* Experience with HR systems (e.g., iCims, UKG, SD Worx) is preferred.
* Experience with data integration and vendor feeds.
* Ability to handle both technical and non-technical tasks.
* Knowledge of SDLC models.
* Strong understanding of relational databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
* Strong SQL skills.
* Experience with SSIS, DTS, Informatica, or similar tools is a plus.
* Experience with QlikView or SQL Server Reporting Services is a plus.
