Production Team Leader
The ideal candidate will have experience in a supervisory role within a production environment, with strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate an 8-person team to maintain efficient workflow
* Lead and facilitate daily PIT communication meetings
* Monitor and uphold product quality standards
* Follow and execute production plans effectively
* Train and rotate team members as needed
* Conduct metal detection checks in line with safety protocols
* Oversee stock rotation and inventory management
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Production efficiency and output
* Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices
* Quality control and compliance with specifications
* Maximizing yield and minimizing waste
Requirements:
