About the Role
Monks have a position for a talented Senior Production Designer for a 12-month fixed-term contract who wants to further their skills in digital asset and content design at our Dublin office. In this senior-level role, you will join a dedicated global team in producing top-quality content for the product interfaces of one of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Responsibilities:
* Specialise in the design of static visuals for a wide variety of channels, including product interfaces, social media, and display advertising.
* Work as part of a dedicated global team of designers, illustrators, animators, editors, and art directors that produces world-class work across time zones.
* Harmonise speed, style, and scale to produce high-quality assets at a steady pace.
* Ensure pixel perfection and safeguard quality at all times while collaborating with QA testers.
* Adhere to design guidelines and maintain consistency across ad formats, dimensions, and languages.
* Collaborate directly with art directors on the client side, representing Monks from a design perspective.
About You
The essentials:
* Approximately 6 years of experience crafting digital ads and assets.
* Solid Photoshop and Illustrator skills; Sketch skills are a bonus.
* Mastery of silhouetting and additional retouching skills are a plus.
* Ability to keep files, layers, and folders organised.
* Capability to take charge of tasks independently and proactively lead projects.
* Experience contributing to various stages of the production process, from setting styles and layouts to cutting formats and language versioning.
* Ability to create balanced and beautiful layouts.
* Constantly seeking process efficiencies.
* Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus.
* Clear communicator and comfortable working with designers globally.
