We are recruiting a Recruitment Specialist to work for a company in the South Dublin area.We are seeking a candidate with previous experience of In House Recruitment, ideally from the Technical or IT sectors.You will work directly with Business & Hiring Managers to hire quality staff members.You will build a pipeline of suitable candidates for future roles.This role will involve end to end recruitment, ensuring the candidate has a great experience along the way.You will work on various projectsYou will use data metrics to show recruitment activitiesRequirements:Min 2-3 years experience in a similar role.Relevant Degree.Proficiency in a Recruitment tracking system.Must be customer focused.This is a contract role to start as soon as possible.
