Aramark are currently recruiting for a Facilities Coordinator responsible for developing and executing facilities solutions to meet customer needs. This role will support day-to-day facilities operations with a focus on safety, operational excellence and delivery of customer and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Coordinate contractor services on site
Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports on reactive, planned maintenance and ad-hoc repairs
Order materials for stock and manage stock inventory
Allocate reactive tasks/requests to operatives via CAFM system and update as required
Support Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) activities, Energy, Wastes and Cleaning checks across the site
Arrange porterage of heavy parcels, equipment, and miscellaneous items
Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the Facilities Manager
Manage stock control of spare parts and arrange restocking as required
Arrange supervision and coordinate third‑party contractors attending site, inspect works after completion, and file/upload all reports
Arrange all Health and Safety aspects of work, including Inductions, RAMS, permits, and record all documentation
Carry out emergency procedures in the event of a fire, flood, break‑in, or accident
Comply with relevant Health & Safety requirements and ensure fire, health, and safety regulations are adhered to by inspecting, checking signage, and advising on defects in all parts of the building and car park
Ensure the fabric and finish of the overall site is accurately maintained and in good condition
Act as first responder to relative FM and reactive tasks within the centre
Key Qualifications
Adherence to all Health & Safety protocols, recorded and filed
Experience with Inductions, Permits, and RAMS
Recording and filing of all PPM functions, work dockets, reports, remedial repairs, and purchase orders
Familiarity with CMMS (QFM) and allocation of events to staff
Ability to maintain a calendar, schedule appointments and meetings on Outlook Calendar, and adhere to the times
