Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation & outreach: Identify and engage prospective clients using digital and traditional sales and marketing techniques.
* Sales cycle management: Nurture prospective clients, develop relationships, present tailored proposals, manage negotiations and close deals.
* Client relationship building: Function as primary contact for new accounts, build trust and work with the operations team to ensure delivery of outstanding service.
* Market insights: Track corporate catering trends, competitor offerings, pricing and service innovations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in B2B sales within workplace catering or hospitality.
* Proven history in meeting/exceeding sales targets in a proactive role.
* Self-starter mindset, comfortable prospecting and closing with minimal supervision.
* Ability to develop compelling, innovative and realistic commercial solutions and first-rate proposals.
* Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
