Responsibilities
* Design and assemble largely automated test fixtures, including full electromechanical and software elements, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards (e.g., CE marking).
* Improve existing test fixture designs to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
* Create requirements and robust designs to meet business needs.
* Develop validation and verification plans to ensure test fixture functionality and reliability.
* Analyze test data to determine and eliminate root causes of issues using sound engineering principles.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a test fixture development role.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant Engineering technical discipline.
* Strong skills in manufacturing, mechanical/electromechanical, and automation design.
* Knowledge and experience with programming languages such as LabVIEW, C, C++, and C#.
