Job Title: Senior Hotel Operations Manager
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that all departments work efficiently and effectively to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the management of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Events departments
• Support department heads in managing staffing, rotas, inventory, training, and service delivery
• Ensure each department complies with hotel standards and brand requirements
• Champion a guest-first culture, ensuring positive, memorable guest interactions at every touchpoint
• Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous service improvements based on insights
• Handle escalated guest issues quickly and professionally
• Motivate and mentor team leaders to achieve departmental and hotel-wide goals
Requirements:
• Strong organisational and leadership skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Calm under pressure with a hands-on, solution-focused approach
• Proficient in hotel management systems (e.g. Opera, HotSoft) and MS Office
