The Care Assistant role is based in Galway City.

Key Responsibilities
* Support individuals with intellectual disabilities in daily activities.
* Advocate on behalf of the people we support.
* Work independently and as part of a team.
* Engage in problem-solving and creative resource utilization.
Minimum Requirements
* FETAC Health Care Level 5.
* Competencies and skills appropriate to working with persons with an intellectual disability.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic personality.
* Full current driving license with access to your own vehicle.
* Genuine respect and empathy for diversity and individuality.
* Flexible, responsible, and mature approach to work.
* Professional, accountable, good planning and time management skills.
* Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
