Senior Project Coordinator - Data Centre Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Coordinator to oversee the operational aspects of our Data Centre project in Vienna, Austria.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth site operations, maintain high safety standards, and identify areas for process improvement.
* Develop and implement effective labour and material resource plans, track progress, and address any issues promptly.
* Oversee the performance of subcontractors, monitor team productivity, and report on incidents or near-misses.
* Ensure that all materials meet specifications before installation, and assist in project handover and close-out processes.
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience in construction project management or a related field.
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and safety protocols.
* Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
