Job Description We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team in the Day Surgery Unit. This is a key role in upholding the highest professional standards, providing safe and comprehensive nursing care to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the clinical management of the ward, working collaboratively with other members of the inter-professional team to ensure efficient and effective processes. Key Responsibilities * Provide high-level professional leadership to point-of-care staff. * Assist CNMII in co-ordinating admission, pre-operative, transfer, post-operative care, discharge procedures for all patients through day surgery unit facilities.
