Interim HR Manager (Palmerstown, Dublin)
Duration: 3 months (until Christmas 2025, possible extension into January 2026)
Location: Palmerstown, Dublin
You will be joining a busy, supportive HR function and stepping in to lead the HR team for a short‑term period. The focus will be on keeping things running smoothly, supporting the team, and managing key HR operations through to the end of the year.
Responsibilities
* Provide day‑to‑day leadership and guidance to a small, capable HR team covering recruitment, compliance, and training.
* Help ensure the team stays focused, support employee relations, and oversee ongoing recruitment and general HR activity.
* Manage and support a team of five HR professionals (recruitment, compliance, and training).
* Oversee employee relations, including investigations and disciplinary matters.
* Maintain smooth HR operations and compliance.
* Support ongoing recruitment activity (the bulk of hiring has been completed).
* Keep the HR team aligned with weekly and monthly goals.
* Work closely with senior management to deliver HR priorities.
Experience & Qualifications
* Proven HR management experience, ideally in a busy or multi‑site environment.
* Strong understanding of employment law and employee relations.
* Confident in leading and motivating a small team.
* Comfortable working on‑site and being hands‑on.
