Administrative Support Coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are seeking a highly organized and efficient individual to join our team as an Administrative Support Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

* Meet and greet visitors, sign them in, and direct them to the appropriate person or department
* Maintain factory security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk and access gates
* Manage daily phone calls and enquiries to the factory, distributing information to the correct department and people
* Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
* Complete daily checklists for production, place orders, and maintain stationery stock
* Manage incoming and outgoing post, keeping updated records of office expenses and costs

Requirements:

* Previous experience (minimum 2 years) in a reception administration role
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Fluent English required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office products required
* Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. scanners, laminators and printers)
* Excellent organizational skills, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
