Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Production Operator to join our Operations Team in the development and manufacturing of innovative medical devices.
* Key responsibilities include building sub-assemblies, completing inspections, issuing materials, setting up equipment, managing the Material Control System, participating in training activities, and ensuring full compliance with released Work Instructions and Procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assembly and Inspection: Build sub-assemblies and finished devices including packaging for testing, clinical investigations, and commercial release.
* Quality Assurance: Complete part and subassembly visual and dimensional inspection activities in line with documented procedures and standards.
* Maintenance and Logistics: Responsible for issuing materials to the manufacturing line, and setting up equipment & fixtures on the manufacturing line.
* Material Management: Assist with the management of the Material Control System including incoming inspections, part issuance and tracking.
* Training and Development: Participate in training activities and become proficient in the required manufacturing and inspection activities in a timely manner.
* Device Testing: Assist in the preparation and execution of 'in process' device testing and recording of associated results.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement in product quality and throughput and participate in the successful implementation of the same.
* Team Support: Provide training and guidance to team members on building, inspection and testing of products.
