Were working with a well-established brokerage thats looking to add an experienced Commercial Account Executive to their team. Reporting to the Team Leader, this role centres on managing policy renewals, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring long-term retention through tailored insurance solutions. While the main focus is on servicing existing clients, theres also scope to generate new business as opportunities arise, contributing to overall portfolio growth. As a Commercial Account Executive, youll take ownership of the full renewal process including reviewing cover, negotiating terms, and meeting key deadlines. Youll act as a trusted advisor, recommending appropriate products based on each clients risk profile, while maintaining a high standard of service and resolving queries efficiently. This position is well-suited to someone who enjoys building lasting client relationships and delivering results through excellent service. To be considered, youll need 35 years of experience in a commercial insurance role, with solid knowledge of the Irish market and commercial products. A minimum of an APA (Commercial) qualification is required, with a CIP qualification preferred. The ideal candidate will be confident managing a book of business, skilled in handling renewals, and capable of negotiating effectively on clients behalf. In return, youll receive a salary of up to €60,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package including 25 days annual leave (with the option to purchase an additional 5 days), pension, life cover, and income protection.
