Senior Commissioning ManagerMission Critical Data CentreNordicsDECI Ltd is expanding across the Nordics and we are seeking an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager to lead commissioning delivery on a major hyperscale data centre project.This is a senior leadership position within an established project team, with long-term regional pipeline and continuity beyond a single project.About DECIWe operate across Europe, the Middle East and the USA, delivering commissioning and project support on large-scale mission critical infrastructure. We build strong teams and maintain continuity across projects.The RoleYou will take full ownership of commissioning strategy, planning and execution across complex MEP systems within a live mission critical environment.You will be responsible for:• Developing and managing the commissioning plan and programme• Leading Level 3 to Level 5 commissioning activities• Coordinating system walkdowns, tagging and punch management• Driving IST preparation and execution• Managing commissioning engineers and specialist vendors• Ensuring documentation, test scripts and method statements are aligned with client standards• Interfacing with client representatives, GC and MEP contractors at senior level• Ensuring QA and HSE compliance throughout commissioning phasesTechnical ScopeExperience should include commissioning oversight of systems such as:• HV and LV electrical distribution• UPS and generator systems• Switchgear and transformers• BMS and EPMS integration• Chilled water systems• CRAH and cooling infrastructure• Fire detection and suppression systems• Integrated Systems TestingCandidate Requirements• Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on hyperscale or large data centre projects• Strong electrical or mechanical background with full MEP understanding• Experience delivering projects within Europe, Nordics experience advantageous• Strong documentation, programme management and stakeholder coordination skills• Comfortable leading commissioning in high-pressure mission critical environments• Must have current right to work in Europe (no sponsorship options available at this time)Project Overview• Long-term programme in the Nordics• Flexible rotation considered• Competitive all-inclusive hourly rate for contractors• Staff option available for candidates seeking longer-term continuityWe are looking for a technically strong, commercially aware leader who can take ownership of commissioning performance and drive systems safely through to client handover.
