The ideal candidate will have:

* Proficient Microsoft Office user, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Flexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
* Furniture industry experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Responsibilities of the role include:
* Managing the team and ensuring they are working effectively.
* Driving sales and ensuring targets are met.
* Working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
* Coaching and mentoring staff to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
* Leading by example and demonstrating a positive attitude at all times.
