Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Strategic Operations Leader to oversee the day-to-day management of control operations for practice areas. This individual will be responsible for implementing systematic control frameworks and ensuring adherence to corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Main Responsibilities
* Direct team members in executing Global Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) for practice areas.
* Evaluate risks with high likelihood of exposure and provide transparency to senior management.
* Oversee control testing and drive automation where possible.
* Establish metrics for monitoring adherence to recommended controls surrounding agreed risks.
* Provide oversight, reporting, and monitoring for key Control programs across practice/product services.
