Job Title: Global Tax Expert

Role Overview:
This exciting Global Tax Expert opportunity involves overseeing tax activities across multiple international entities while supporting US operations. As a key member of a collaborative team, you'll be responsible for hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment with excellent exposure to global corporate tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review transfer pricing documentation across various jurisdictions.
* Manage and optimize global R&D credits; track eligible spend with accounting teams.
* Prepare quarterly international tax provisions.
* Coordinate with external providers to ensure accurate and timely filing.
* Prepare and review indirect tax returns across different regions.
* Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
* Maintain internal controls and tax-related process documentation.
Candidate Profile:
* 3-5 years' experience in tax with a strong understanding of international tax laws and regulations.
* Expertise in R&D credits and transfer pricing is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of financial reporting standards and SOX guidelines.
* A self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a commitment to ongoing learning.
* Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
