Legal Secretary Contract – Asset Management

Link Personnel are hiring a Legal Secretary for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract with our client, a Top Tier Law Firm in Dublin 2. Full time or part time hours can be considered for the successful candidate.
Salary: to €48K (pro-rated for Part-Time)
Benefits: Pension, Healthcare, 25 days AL, Hybrid working, Bonus
Overall Package: to €55k
The Role:
* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the team.
* Oversee the billing process, including time entry, invoicing, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
* Ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) requirements during client onboarding.
* Manage auditing and accrual requests for clients.
* Prepare, edit, and format legal documents and templates.
* Handle digital dictation and transcription.
* Process expenses accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain and update the client database.
* Organise and manage both physical and electronic files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
* Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and travel arrangements.
* Perform other administrative duties as required.
The Candidate:
* 2–3 years of secretarial experience, ideally in a legal or professional services setting.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
