Project Manager
Location: Dublin (Travel Required)
Salary: €75,000 - €85,000
The Role
You'll oversee BIM processes across multiple large-scale projects, ensuring design information is accurate, aligned, and ready for construction. Working closely with design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, you will help shape project standards, identify issues early, and contribute to smoother project delivery.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement BIM processes and standards for new projects.
2. Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure models are accurate, aligned, and up to required levels of detail.
3. Support the creation and management of BIM execution plans and digital workflows.
4. Lead design coordination sessions, track issues, and highlight risks early.
5. Help manage model reviews, clash detection routines, and design-health reporting.
6. Assist with technical assessments, tender-stage evaluations, and supply chain alignment.
7. Contribute to 4D scheduling and digital construction planning.
8. Support the creation of as-built models and digital handover documentation.
Requirements
9. 5-10 years' experience in a BIM-related project management or coordination role.
10. Strong understanding of digital design processes within construction or engineering.
11. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects.
12. Ability to interpret models, identify risks, and guide stakeholders through digital workflows.
13. Strong communication and organisational skills, with a proactive approach.
