Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for an Executive Assistant at Pharmacare Drug Store Jo. The Executive Assistant will provide support to company executives, manage daily administrative tasks, handle expense reports, and ensure effective communication between internal and external stakeholders. The role involves streamlining operations, coordinating schedules, and assisting in the seamless execution of executive-level activities.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance tasks
* Experience managing Expense Reports and other critical documentation
* Skills in providing executive-level support and handling executive-related responsibilities
* Strong written and verbal Communication skills
* Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills
* Proficiency in office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems)
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
* Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
