Location:
* Derrane, Co. Roscommon
NOTE:Role is based in Ireland, applicants should be based in Ireland, as relocation assistance is not available.
Finance Admin:
* Processing of Company monthly payroll for all staff ensuring accuracy and compliance with all statutory entitlements and Company Policy.
* Inputting financial data into the SAGE accounting system and processing monthly invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company procedures and accounting standards.
* Assist with timely and sufficient documentation and reporting to regulatory bodies, such as obligations of Charities Regulatory Authority (CRA), Company Registrations Office (CRO), Lobbying.ie and Central Satitisc Office (CSO).
Quality Assurance Admin:
* In conjunction with Head of Departments lead the development and revision of all company policies and procedures, as appropriate to ensure accuracy of company policy and compliance in line with current legislation and regulation and within company review period.
* Work closely with the management team to drive quality improvement initiatives.
* Assist with internal auditing process of company policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Act as Designated Quality Assurance Lead for the management of RSG’s Document Quality Management System.
