Based in North County Dublin The role will have to work closely and build strong relationships with the site management team, wider UK &
Ireland HR functions, local government agencies / bodies and external contractors.

The Job:
* Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team
* Globally networking within the Corporation, learning best practices.
* Be an active part of the decision-making process across all of the departments.
* Lead HR change initiatives and contribute to business activities.
* Manage HR functions on site.
* Support local talent acquisition program.
* Manage site relationships.
* Develop a talent pipeline.
* Support the delivery of training and development plans for the team.
* Ensure implementation of Global HR strategy in alignment with local needs.
* Ability to work through complex issues.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
The Candidate:
* BA in HR or relevant discipline.
* 5 years+ experience working within a Senior HR Management role.
* Ability to use own initiative working in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working closely with unions.
* Ability to influence at a Senior Management level.
* Good team player who knows how to work in a team environment.
* Flexible approach to work to collaborate with all business levels.
* Excellent communication skills-written and verbal skills are required.
