Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our Customer Engagement Technology CoE within the IT function. Reporting directly to the Head of IT, this role will be responsible for driving strategic direction, architecture, and operational excellence across platforms that support customer engagement and digital experience.
About the Role
* This is a unique opportunity to lead cross-functional teams in managing customer-facing web platforms (e.g., SAP C4C, Emarsys) and drive innovation through emerging technologies such as Drupal and Word Press.
* You will collaborate closely with Commercial Digital Transformation and Category stakeholders to ensure all technology investments deliver maximum value and align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise platforms in customer engagement with 5+ years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of SAP ecosystem including C4C, Emarsys is desirable along with hands-on technical capability.
