Our nurses play a vital role in delivering outstanding care and support to patients, and we are looking for an organised and proactive Nurse Team Co-ordinator to join our Clinical Team. This role will be central to ensuring the smooth running of our nursing services by providing exceptional coordination, communication, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
As Nurse Team Co-ordinator, you will:
Manage clinical communications including patient calls, email referrals, and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate nurse diaries and ensure effective use of resources across clinics and patient visits.
Liaise with patients via phone, email, and SMS to confirm appointments and provide timely information.
Support the organisation of regional clinics, liaising with external contacts and managing related administration.
Provide comprehensive support to the Clinical Nurse Manager and wider team, including diary management, meeting planning, and minute-taking.
Assist in arranging team meetings, clinical governance sessions, and regional events.
Support recruitment and onboarding activities in collaboration with HR.
Oversee management of uniforms, lone worker safety devices, and clinical equipment inventory.
Contribute to the creation of clinical literature, posters, flyers, and surveys to support patient engagement.
Maintain team communication channels and distribution lists.
Respond to requests from nurses and leadership teams with efficiency, discretion, and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience
Relevant qualification in healthcare administration, business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Background in customer service and professional interaction with patients, colleagues, and partners.
Experience using scheduling systems, document management tools, and databases.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
