HR Generalist My Client is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist with a strong talent acquisistion focus to support a high performing, fast paced production environment. You'll play a key role in shaping the workforce, supporting managers and ensuring people processes run smoothly as the site continues to grow. Key Responsponsibilities: Talent Acquisition Take charge of recruitment activity across multiple teams Manage high-volume and project-driven hiring linked to site expansion Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs Drive direct sourcing, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding Keep stakeholders informed with clear, timely updates HR Support & Employee Relations Act as a trusted HR partner for managers and employees Support ER cases within a unionised environment Work collaboratively with union reps and operational leaders Contribute to performance, engagement, and people initiatives Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure compliance with legislation What You'll Bring HR qualification (Degree or Diploma) Solid HR Generalist experience with strong recruitment capability Background in unionised settings - ideally manufacturing, FMCG or industrial Experience managing high-volume and project-based hiring Strong understanding of Irish employment law Confident communicator who can influence and support at all levels Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
