Our client is a medium size accountancy practice in Kildare, is currently seeking a Tax Compliance Specialist to join their tax department. The successful Tax Compliance Specialist will be working as part of the Tax Compliance and Tax Advisory team on a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients which operate across a broad range of sectors.ResponsibilitiesPlanning, organising and controlling the completion of tax compliance.Providing support on client tax planning strategies.Assist with planning staffing allocation and deadlines.Provide training as needed on tax processes, firm procedures, and software to junior team members.RequirementsThe successful Tax Compliance Specialist will be CTA Qualified.Minnimum 5 years of Tax experience within an Irish practice.Technical Knowledge of Irish Tax Framework including strong familiarity with: CT1, Form 11, VAT and PAYE obligations, Revenue filing through ROS.Proven ability to manage a portfolio generating €150k–€200k+ in annual fees.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Benefits€60,000 – €70,000 DOEPossibility of 3 or 4-day week pro rataFriendly culture.Clear progression pathway.Hybrid work model.Flexible hours.Target based performance bonus.Free parkingSocial eventsWellness initiativesIf you are a Tax Compliance Specialist looking for a new opportunity, please contact Andrew Hendrickx for more information.
