Job Description
We are looking for an exceptional Patient Coordinator to carry out administrative duties and to provide a professional and friendly atmosphere for our patients in our new Carlow location. Understanding the importance of thorough follow up communications and delivering on set targets. This role will require communication across various social channels, email and over the phone and flexibility. This will be a part‑time position.
Key Responsibilities
Diary Management: scheduling appointments, assisting patients with all queries via phone, message and email and back‑filling any cancellation with our patient priority list.
Patient Communication: calls, maintenance of messages and email inboxes.
Delivery of 5‑star Customer Service: welcoming patients, checking in, ensuring patients have a comfortable, safe and enjoyable visit, assisting them in checking out and listening to concerns to resolve them.
Team Support: ensuring that team member absence is covered and there is flexibility with annual leave; sometimes asked to cover alternative location with expenses covered such as travel and accommodation.
Ordering: ensuring the clinic is kept clean and stocked, completing stock‑taking and providing order requirements to management.
Policies: upholding all policies and procedures, including safety measures around health, wearing of PPE, team relations and GDPR.
AD‑HOC: opening and closing duties, and completion of all reasonable tasks that are assigned.

Experience
Customer Service 3+ years.
Clinic experience would be an advantage.
Experience with KPIs desirable.
Education
Leaving Certificate.
Medical Admin/Dental Nursing qualification an advantage.

Compensation
€14.15‑€16.00 per hour.
Job Type & Hours
Part‑time, following a 6‑month probationary period. 2 days per week, evenings/weekend availability.
Monday - Sunday availability.
