As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business excellence and optimizing manufacturing processes. 1. IDentify root causes of manufacturing and quality issues through collaborative efforts with production, quality, and engineering teams.

3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
i Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
i Minimum 3 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering within a production environment.
