Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager
Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement quality improvement plans that meet regulatory requirements and improve patient outcomes.
* Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to minimize risks to patients and staff.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement initiatives and make recommendations for further improvement.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a healthcare setting.
* A third-level qualification in a clinical field or a QQI academic award at Level 8 or higher in Risk Management or Quality in Healthcare.
* Experience of incident management processes and subsequent system analysis investigation processes.
* Experience of leading and implementing quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
