The Company:

The Role:
This role supports the management of logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement, processing, and optimisation of materials and services. You’ll align daily activities with strategic goals while maintaining a high-performing commercial and operational framework. We’re seeking someone with logistical expertise, strong attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the management and revision of logistics and service contracts, ensuring compliance, performance, and value.
* Monitor supplier performance, conduct audits, and enforce quality and service standards.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Analyse operational data to support planning, forecasting, and reporting.
* Develop and track KPIs to drive performance and continuous improvement.
* Optimise routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
* Maintain accurate SOPs, compliance documents, risk registers, and business continuity plans.
* Track legislative and industry changes to ensure compliance.
* Prepare reports, presentations, and papers for senior management decision-making.
* Assist in implementing contract and service improvements
The Person:
* Experienced in logistics, operations, or service delivery, ideally with exposure to compliance-driven environments.
* Waster Management experience desirable but not essential
* Skilled in analysing data and generating performance insights.
* Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Demonstrates a genuine interest in driving operational best practices and continuous improvement.
The Offer
* Salary of €50,000 - €55,000 DOE
