Transport Planner (Nights) - (TRPTPL.20)
At Gist, we keep the UK's favourite M&S products moving — and we're looking for a Transport Planner to help keep our Clonshaugh operation running smoothly.
This is a nights role with a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.
What you'll be doing
As a Transport Planner, you'll play a key role in ensuring our transport operation runs safely, efficiently, and on time.
Planning vehicle movements and managing daily transport operations
Supporting drivers and operational teams throughout the shift
Managing rotas and transport resources effectively
Responding quickly to operational challenges and customer requirements
Ensuring compliance with driver regulations and WTD
Working closely with colleagues across shifts to maintain service levels
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
This is a role where your decisions genuinely make a difference every single day.
Shift Pattern
4 on / 4 off shift pattern
7.00pm to 7.00am

Qualifications and Experience
Experience working within transport planning or logistics operations
Knowledge of drivers' hours, WTD, and transport compliance
Experience working in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
National or International CPC (preferred but not essential)
