About the Project

This high-profile project involves coordinating and monitoring construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements, liaising with the design team to ensure timely completion, and reporting directly to the Contracts Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Construction Management or a similar field and at least 5 years' experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer at management level in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
">
">
1. Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
">
2. Liaise with the design team to ensure timely completion.
">
3. Report directly to the Contracts Manager.
">
4. Create, monitor, and update project programmes.
">
5. Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
">
6. Manage and coordinate weekly progress meetings, workshops, and action plans.
">
7. Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate with the Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators.
">
8. Deal directly with local authorities and clients, updating them on the project's development.
">

Requirements
">
">
* Degree in Construction Management or similar (Third-level qualification) essential.
">
* At least 5 years' experience working with a Main Contractor or Developer at management level in Ireland.
">
* Experience managing complete construction of industrial projects.
">
* Ability to effectively manage site programme and associated schedules to required deadlines.
">
* Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
">
* Thorough knowledge of computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
">
* Excellent IT skills and good digital and visual presentational skills.
">
