Accounting Technician and Office Administrator – Maternity Cover
Location: Christeyns Technologies Ireland, Claremorris, Country Mayo, Ireland.
Main Duties
The main responsibilities of this role are to provide financial support for the senior management team; this support will include but is not limited to the following:
* Completion of monthly management accounts.
* Co-ordination and communication with internal stakeholders.
* Provide support and cover for existing office administration for payables and receivables etc.
* Assistance with production of Health, Safety and Environmental documentation.
* Co-ordinate the sourcing of group marketing materials and sales aids.
* Assist in the co-ordination of any business meetings.
* Provide financial inputs to management with tasks associated with the various Christeyns business units.
* Assistance with finance aspects of our operation including bank reconciliations, credit control, purchase ledger, VAT returns, on-line banking.
* Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
* Must have a good level of numeracy and literacy skills.
* Ability to travel, throughout Ireland with overnight stays if required.
* Possess a strong ‘team player’ work ethic.
* Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
* Ability to provide a pro-active customer service with a confident nature.
* Fully conversant and skilled in the use Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Power Point.
* Experience of working in a Business-to-Business office environment.
* Experience in similar financial accounting role.
* Qualifications or experience as an accounting technician.
This role is a maternity cover role, expected to be for a duration of 1-year.
