You will play a pivotal role in shaping data strategy, delivering high-impact insights, and mentoring a team of analysts. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, optimize performance, and support data-informed decision-making at every level. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or mentorship role. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift) is a plus. Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and attention to detail.
