About The Role
Our Sales team drives new customer acquisition and engagement for Revolut Business globally. Each segment operates like special forces: from prospecting to activation, owning their market with a solution-oriented approach, and leveraging their expertise to grow our customer base rapidly.
We're looking for a Romanian-speaking Acquiring Products Sales Executive to build and manage a sales pipeline for our innovative, e-commerce-focused payment solutions. You will bring product expertise to close complex sales, working independently to cross-sell to our existing business customers. If you are motivated, enjoy challenges, and act with integrity, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building and closing a customer pipeline through prospecting and outreach to existing Revolut Business clients.
* Communicating our value proposition using a solution-based approach to identify issues with current payment providers.
* Sharing knowledge to enhance payment expertise within your team and maximize prospects.
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Engaging with prospective customers within your territory to discuss Revolut's payment features.
What You'll Need
* Fluency in Romanian and English.
* Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
* At least 1 year of experience in the full sales cycle.
* Proven commercial experience, particularly in payment products.
* A keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales environment.
Nice to Have
* Understanding of payments and fintech industries.
* Ability and willingness to network with payments experts and senior stakeholders to cultivate relationships and drive deals.
