Administrative Support Professional
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for an individual who can provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and manage correspondence, including drafting responses as required.
* Manage data requests from various stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination, collection, and collation of data responses.
* Record and report incidents using NIMS systems.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings across teams, including minute-taking.
* Track and respond to parliamentary questions and representations.
* Monitor and track financial and HR data, as well as KPI and performance metrics.
* Ensure accurate archiving and filing of documents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience relevant to the role.
* Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
