Nursing Quality Managers play a pivotal role in our team, championing best practice and regulatory standards to drive quality and resident-focused care.
We are seeking experienced Quality Managers to join us in the South East Region and Midland Region, covering homes within these areas. These key leadership positions require individuals who can provide guidance and oversight to PICs, lead the implementation of quality assurance systems, and act as subject matter experts for compliance and governance.
* Leadership & Quality Assurance:
o Provide direction and oversight to PICs in maintaining high standards of care aligned with HIQA regulations and policies.
o Lead the implementation of quality assurance frameworks, audits, and improvement initiatives.
o Serve as a subject matter expert for compliance, governance, and regulatory updates, ensuring PICs and teams are informed and prepared.
* Auditing & Compliance:
o Plan and conduct regular assessments across all homes to monitor compliance, safety, and care quality.
o Develop corrective action plans and provide structured feedback to PICs and relevant teams.
o Maintain accurate records of assessment outcomes and ensure follow-through on recommendations.
* Policy & Procedure Management:
o Support the development, review, and update of policies and procedures in line with national standards.
o Ensure all homes implement policies consistently and support local adaptation as required.
* Safeguarding & Risk Management:
o Oversee the implementation of safeguarding frameworks across all homes.
o Monitor incident reporting, risk registers, and complaints to identify trends and promote early intervention.
* Reporting & Strategic Support:
o Prepare regular reports on quality metrics, compliance status, and improvement initiatives for senior leadership and the board.
o Participate in strategic planning, contributing insights and data to shape the quality agenda across the group.
