Job Responsibilities
* The primary point of contact for key clients within fund accounting.
* To maintain a stable relationship with the client to support key interactions and seamless escalation.
* Represent fund accounting in all client & internal interactions.
* Promote client focus and drive overall service quality by building close partnerships with internal stakeholders.
* Determine process improvements across the organization and drive roll out of operational initiatives on behalf of senior management.
